Contact form: full name, e-mail address, company name (optional), the topic you select and the content of your message.

Technical data: for the operation and security of the site, information such as IP address, browser type and access time may be kept in server logs for a short period.

We do not use third-party cookies for advertising or behavioural tracking.

Data submitted through the contact form is processed to respond to your request, prepare a proposal and communicate with you, on the legal bases of taking steps to enter into a contract and our legitimate interest.

Technical data is processed under our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available.

Your personal data is shared only with the infrastructure providers strictly necessary to deliver the service (web hosting, e-mail and form delivery) and with competent authorities where legally required. Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

Our providers' servers may be located abroad; in that case the transfer is carried out in accordance with the applicable data-protection rules.

Data relating to contact requests is kept for at most 2 years after the request is closed; if a business relationship is established, for the periods required by applicable law. At the end of the period the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
